Many of us here at Clover contribute regularly to Children's Hunger Fund's efforts to alleviate suffering of needy children across America and around the world. We thought giving to CHF would be a great way to kick off "Clover Gives".
CHF not only supplies needy children with food and clothing, but distributes these supplies through "Mercy Networks" (or local churches who have a pulse on the community's needs) in order to make sure that the spiritual needs are met along with the physical.
Children's Hunger Fund (CHF), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, was founded in 1992 and seeks to alleviate the suffering of needy children across America and around the world. With established Mercy Networks in Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Antonio, and in developing countries around the world, CHF provides training and resources to local churches to help them meet the needs in their communities. CHF has distributed more than $900 million in aid, and is consistently ranked one of America's most effective charities by Forbes.com, MinistryWatch.org, and CharityNavigator.org, with 99 percent of revenue going directly to programs that serve children in need.
