When you enable reporting on a form page, we'll start storing each submission in a central place. Then any time you want to download a report, we'll create a spreadsheet that contains all the submissions.

Here are some things to keep in mind:
- Each field in your form will be a column in the spreadsheet.
- Each row in the spreadsheet will be an individual form submission (ie. all the data that one person typed when they submitted the form).
- Once you've activated reporting for a form page, make sure to save the form page and then publish your site. Reporting will not take effect until you publish.
- The spreadsheets will be saved as .csv files ("comma separated value" files), which can be opened with any spreadsheet application (like Numbers, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, etc).
- If you change your form after you've started receiving submissions, we'll call that a "revision" to your form, and we'll separate the old submissions from the new ones. Each revision of your form will have its own spreadsheet, so that way if you created different fields, or if you changed their order, you will still have reports that are accurate for each set of submissions. All the spreadsheets will be available as individual downloads or together in a zip file.
- You can password protect your reports (in the same settings screen where you activated reporting). This password can be anything you want, which means that you can allow someone in your organization to have access to the reports without having to give them your Greenhouse password.
- If you create a field that doesn't have a title, that column's title in the spreadsheet will be blank, but all the data will be stored like normal. If you'd like to have a title in your report in this unique situation, there's a secret workaround: just create a title for the item like normal, and then hide it (in the form item's preferences). Now it won't show up on the form, but it will show up in the report.
- If you'd like to clear out past form submissions, you can click the link "Clear Existing Report Data" in the form page's settings. This will clear ALL the submissions that have been saved for this form.
